Cold overcast start to the run home, with occasional showers of horizontal ice-picks. Stopped off for early coffee, then waited till Leeming Bar for lunch. Overnight at the Premier Inn at South Shields (just to break the journey). The day got better as it progressed, ending in a lovely sunny evening.
